The town Sobeslav is situated on the junction of rivers Luznice and Cernovice´s stream, 18 km to south from Tabor. It was the significant supporting point for Rozmberk from 2nd half of the 13th century and it is adherent with their history. The dominant of the square is the Church of St. Peter and Paul, the renaissance rebuilt town-hall and several renaisance houses. Near by the square you can visit the gothic Church of St. Vit, the baroque Church of St. Mark. From the previous castle, which was founded in the 13th century, you can see the cylindric tower Hlaska.
